This is a transactional, service‑based messaging program. Messages include: appointment reminders and confirmations, treatment‑plan and recall reminders, billing/balance notices, and dental lab case‑status and delivery notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Patients opt in by providing a mobile number and checking the SMS‑consent box on our patient intake/registration form. Staff and delivery drivers opt in during employment onboarding. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving dental treatment.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, account activity, and case status.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SnapDragon does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that
messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a one‑time confirmation and will not
send further messages unless you opt in again.
